Color of Change – Organizational Culture


Frontline Solutions supported Color of Change, the nation’s largest online racial justice organization, by planning and facilitating a retreat to help staff internalize a culture that promotes equity. Through workshops on bias, Frontline led staff through the process of identifying and troubleshooting how Color of Change’s organizational culture perpetuates white supremacy and patriarchy. Frontline also supported the organization’s leadership in developing and implementing an approach to leading “a culture we all believe in” through equitable organizational practices and policies.
