Living Cities – Race, Equity, and Inclusion


Living Cities sought to integrate a race, equity, and inclusion lens to its work in order to more authentically accomplish its mission of improving the economic well-being of low-income communities. Over the course of 12 months, Frontline designed and implemented a plan for Living Cities to build an organizational culture and commitment to racial equity and inclusion. The process included integration of race, equity, and inclusion outcomes and indicators with the institution’s programming and operations, continuous organizational learning to raise staff competencies, and strategic public engagement.
