Building Bridges for Future Generations
Jourden Martin serves as the liaison between Marketing and Communications and New Business Development in the role of Advancement Coordinator. She joins the Frontline team from the nonprofit sector, bringing experience working at the national, collegiate, and local levels. Her passion for young people of color drives her toward strategically and collectively working to dismantle the systemic factors that create and maintain marginalized communities. An advocate for HBCUs, Jourden received her bachelor’s in business from Hampton University. She is obtaining her master’s in religious studies with a concentration in social justice and ethics from Howard University.
